Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with hygiene liners intact.

If you wish to return or exchange your items, please contact info@held-swimwear.com, and we can advise you or arrange the return via your chosen method.

Please note that we do not offer free returns, and the postage cost to return your item(s) will be deducted from your refund.
